Larry Jacobs-Broker since 1966. Larry and his wife Beverley own the family based business specializing in acreage properties. Larry's special interest is in soil and water conservation, and the property rights of landowners. Larry and Beverley have a cow/calf operation and enjoy participating in Stock Horse of Texas events.

Jeff and his wife Nancy own and operate a small ranch in Northwest Montgomery County. Jeff has been with Jacobs Properties since 2009 providing both buyers and sellers assistance in Farm and Ranch property transactions in Montgomery and surrounding counties.
Dave Davies joined Jacobs Properties at the end of 1996 after a 20 year career in international development. He works with buyers and sellers, focusing on mid-range acreage (5 to 100 acres). He and his wife Tina live on 19 acres in Montgomery and enjoy playing dulcimers.
Cole Mallett has actively been in Real Estate for 32 years specializing in Farm and Ranch and Acreage Properties. His Family Name dates back to the 1850’s in Grimes and Montgomery Counties in Texas. His family was involved in farming and ranching during that time. After graduating from high school he served two tours of duty in Southeast Asia and returned to his beloved Texas.
Mel Simonton is a native Texan who developed an early addiction to all things outdoors. After a terribly boring career in residential real estate sales in Wichita Falls he answered the call of the “outdoors” and moved to Possum Kingdom Lake where he thoroughly enjoyed selling over 450 ranch and resort properties. He joined Jacobs Properties in 2015. Mel and his wife Sharon, also a licensed real estate salesperson, live in The Woodlands.
I am a native of Southeast Texas. Graduated from Texas A&M with a degree in Agricultural Economics in 1985. I currently manage a large family-owned timberland tract in Montgomery County. 3rd generation landowner. Member of the Texas Forestry Association since 2004. I enjoy all things outdoors such as hunting, fishing and camping. Joined Jacobs Properties in September 2016.
Cody Feril was born and raised in Yoakum, Texas. He and his wife Nancy have two daughters and reside in Hallettsville, Texas. Cody has great knowledge of the land and area around Dewitt, Lavaca, Gonzales and surrounding counties. Cody and his family are involved in church and enjoy rodeoing, hunting, and fishing. Sharon acquired an early appreciation of the outdoors while enjoying her family weekend retreat on Possum Kingdom Lake. Sharon later merged her passion for custom homebuilding, interior design and home staging with living her dream of selling resort properties. She now enjoys a new chapter of her life which includes sharing the thrill of outdoor life with her 3 grandchildren. Johnny is a 5th generation Texan.
Prior to obtaining his real estate license, his career included 28-years in the energy industry where he served in compliance. He is currently the Managing Director of a family farming and ranching business in South Texas. He believes that "clients should experience total satisfaction". This is his approach to all real estate transactions.
Johnny's volunteer activities include: Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Texas Wildlife Association, and Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association.
Clayton Bice was born and raised in the Tomball/Magnolia area of NW Houston. He graduated from Texas A&M with an Agriculture Science Degree. His family has been in the real estate industry for over 40 years where he learned the fundamental steps on how to treat clients with integrity by putting their interest first. Clayton has a deep passion for fishing and waterfowl hunting.
